Classroom Training covers all levels of a software product, beginning through advanced, and is hands-on. Classes can be structured as half-day or full-day sessions using off-the-shelf or customized training material.


Show and Tell works well during a roll-out of an upgraded software program and typically covers “What’s New”. Quick References Guides can be off-the-shelf or customized.

HOUSE CALLS (one-on-one at your work)

House Calls are designed as “on-the-job” training, specific to the employee’s job requirements. House Calls are usually conducted in the employee’s office or work station. During the House Call, the employee is learning specific PC skills as well as accomplishing work.

WORKSHOPS (topic based hands-on training)

Workshops are three-hour classroom sessions on such topics as –

  • Access Queries
  • Access Forms and Reports
  • Excel Database and Generating Reports
  • Excel Tables and Pivot Tables
  • Excel Formulas – Beginning to Advanced
  • Excel Charts
  • Excel Templates and “Fill-in-the-Blank” Forms
  • Word Templates and “Fill-in-the-Blank” Forms
  • Word Mail Merge (Letters and Envelopes or Labels)
  • Word Long Document Preparation (Master / Sub documents, Table of Content and Index generation)
  • Question and Answer (similar to House Calls but conducted in a classroom)


Custom Curriculum Development offers the client an opportunity to work with ICPI to develop training materials suited to their needs. Curriculum is provided electronically and can be posted to the client’s internal Intranet site or shared drives.


Excel Workbook Creation and Automation Let ICPI analyze your manual processes and using a combination of formulas and macros / VBA transform it into an automated process taking a fraction of the time originally earmarked for these tasks.


Telephone Support can be on a call-by-call basis or a monthly retainer.
